How QwicMailer collects, uses, and protects your account data and Gmail access when you use our email template and sending service.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Overview

QwicMailer ("QwicMailer", "we", "us", or "our") provides reusable email templates and one-click sending through your Gmail account. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using QwicMailer, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account information: your Google account name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
  • Workspace data: email templates, subjects, preview text, variables, tags, folders, contacts, and related settings you create in QwicMailer.
  • Gmail connection data: OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to send email and sync delivery status on your behalf. We never receive or store your Google password.
  • Usage and activity data: send history, open/click tracking events (when enabled), bounce signals, and product analytics needed to operate the service.
  • Files you upload: images and attachments stored for templates in our cloud storage.
  • Technical data: basic device and browser information, IP address, and logs for security and reliability.

3. Gmail access and Google user data

When you connect Gmail, QwicMailer requests limited Google OAuth scopes so we can send email from your address and manage related send activity. Depending on your connection, this may include Gmail send and modify permissions.

We use Google user data only to provide features you request: sending personalized emails from templates, recording send status, and syncing bounce or delivery signals. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example, cloud infrastructure providers) or as required by law.

You can disconnect Gmail at any time in QwicMailer Settings or revoke access in your Google Account permissions. After disconnect, we stop using your Gmail tokens for new sends.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve QwicMailer features (templates, contacts, sending, analytics).
  • Authenticate you and secure your account.
  • Send transactional messages about your account or service status.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on trusted cloud providers (including Google Firebase / Google Cloud). Access tokens and workspace data are transmitted over HTTPS. We apply access controls so only you (and systems acting on your behalf) can access your workspace.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us host, store, or operate QwicMailer (under confidentiality and data-processing terms).
  • Google, as required to authenticate you and send mail through the Gmail API.
  • Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor entity if QwicMailer is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you will be notified of material changes).

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete templates, contacts, and other content from the product. You may request account deletion by contacting us at the email below.

When you delete a template, associated uploaded images and attachments are removed from storage when possible. Residual backups may persist for a limited period for disaster recovery.

8. Your rights and choices

  • Access and update profile and workspace data in the app.
  • Disconnect Gmail and revoke Google permissions at any time.
  • Request export or deletion of your account data by emailing support.
  • Disable open/click tracking on individual templates where available.

9. Children's privacy

QwicMailer is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

We may process and store information in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using QwicMailer, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the product or by email when appropriate.
