1. Go to Quick Send (/dashboard/quick-send).
2. Pick your template.
3. Add recipient(s) from Contacts or type an address — choose Single email or Bulk send.

5. Click Send email. The message sends from your connected Gmail address and appears in Gmail Sent.

When to save a Template (reusable)

• You send the same type of email every week — follow-ups, check-ins, onboarding.
