5. Switch to Preview — test desktop and mobile modes.

Image best practices

• Resize before upload. Aim for max 600px width and under 1 MB for fast loads.

2. Pick your template.
3. Add recipient(s) from Contacts or type an address — choose Single email or Bulk send.
4. Fill any variable fields; review the Live preview.
5. Click Send email. The message sends from your connected Gmail address and appears in Gmail Sent.

Hosting images outside Gmail

For logos you host on your own site, paste the public URL when Insert → Image prompts for a source. Avoid private Google Drive, SharePoint, or Slack links — they require authentication recipients do not have. Resize wide banners to 600px max width so mobile preview matches what phones display. If an image changes seasonally, update the template once in QwicMailer rather than re-editing every Gmail compose save.
